In July of 2016 East End Scholars took over the child care centre formerly known as Birch Avenue Child Care. Our centre is located at the corner of Barton street & Birch Avenue and it is here that we have built a quality program staffed by a highly qualified, motivated team that proudly serve the families in our communities around the Barton Village area and Hamilton.
Our Foundations are the pillars that ground our centres philosophy and culture in honesty and integrity. It is these principles that guide us in our daily mission to deliver a quality child care experience for all the families we serve.
Our child care centre is fully licensed by the Ministry of Education to provide child care services for children from eighteen (18) months to five (5) years of age. The programs at our centre's are governed by and adhere strictly to the Child Care and Early Years Act of 2014.
